New sub-account launch checklist
A snapshot gets an account most of the way there. This is the rest: the checks we run before a client logs in for the first time, so their first week isn't spent finding gaps.
01
The basics
- Business profile complete: name, address, time zone, logo.
- Users added with the right role and permissions, and each has logged in once.
- Custom values filled in so templates don't go out with blank business details.
02
Phone and email
- A phone number is assigned, and calls route to the right person with voicemail set.
- Texting registration is submitted or approved, so messages aren't blocked on day one.
- A sending domain is set up for email, and a test email lands in the inbox, not spam.
03
Capture and booking
- Forms and surveys submit correctly and create a contact with the right fields.
- Calendars show real availability, and a test booking sends its confirmation and reminder.
- The website or funnel is on the client's domain and looks right on a phone.
- Chat widget and missed-call text back are switched on if the client wants them.
04
Pipeline and automation
- Pipelines and stages match how the client actually sells.
- Workflows are published, and each trigger points at this account's forms and calendars, not the snapshot's originals.
- Integrations connected: Google, Facebook, and the payment provider where needed.
05
One full run-through
Act as a new lead from start to finish: submit the form, receive the follow-up, book a time, get the reminder, move through the pipeline. Anything that doesn't happen is fixed before handover.
06
Handover
The client gets a short note: what's set up, how to log in, what to do first, and who to contact. We keep our own record of what was configured, so the next request starts from facts.
